scooty rider was killed after his two-wheeler was hit by a tipper near Government Degree College Bemina in Srinagar on Monday evening. official told local news agency GNS that a speedy Scooty TVS Antorq bearing registration number JK01AW-9883, ridden by an unknown person, collided with an unknown tipper near Govt. Degree College Bemina, resulting in the scooty rider succumbing to his injuries on the spot.His dead body was lying on the roadside when Police Station Batamaloo reached the spot and took cognisance of the matter.The identity of the deceased is being ascertained, while the tipper driver fled from the spot, the official added.
