Ranger Takipora Without Water for 13 Days, Residents Seek Immediate Relief
BUDGAM, SEPTEMBER 28: Residents of Ranger Takipora in Chadoora tehsil of Budgam district are facing severe hardship as the village has reportedly been without regular water supply for the past 13 days.
Residents said the shortage has disrupted basic needs, including drinking, bathing, washing and other household activities. Children, elderly residents and livestock are also reportedly facing difficulties due to the prolonged crisis.
According to villagers, water tankers were provided only once or twice during the past 13 days, which they said was inadequate for the population.
Residents have urged the concerned PHE/Water Supply authorities to immediately restore regular water supply and ensure adequate tanker services until the issue is permanently resolved.
