Press club for Srinagar pivotal, will take up matter with LG admin: Dr Darakshan Andrabi
Srinagar, Jun 15: Chairperson of Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board and BJP leader, Dr. Darakshan Andrabi on Thursday said it’s important to have a press club in Srinagar also and that she will take up the matter with the Lieutenant Governor led administration.
While talking to the reporters, here in Srinagar, Dr. Darakshan Andrabi, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said that, Srinagar is our face and its very important to have a press club here as well because journalism is the fourth pillar of democracy and for that a place is necessary.
“We will also try to talk to the LG Sinha Administration and some time is needed and the decision will hopefully be made in this regard,” she said
