Trio from Anantnag, died in Kupwara road accident

Kupwara, Aug 02 At least three individuals died in a road accident near Teetwall, Karnah, in north Kashmir’s Kupwara, officials said.

An official told the Kashmir Bulletin (KB) that the incident involved a Swift car bearing registration number JK03 55801 that crashed, causing the immediate death of all three occupants.

He added that the deceased have been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad (50) of Anantnag, Nazeer Ahmad Magary (55) of Mulsoo, and Farooz Ahmad Pala (45) of Seer Hamdan, Anantnag.

“Despite the efforts of local residents who rushed them to a nearby hospital, the victims were declared dead on arrival,” said the officials.

Moreover, police have taken up the investigation.
