Weather Alert for the next 24hrs

The weather system will intensify more towards late afternoon/evening, moderate to heavy rain /snow is expected at most places during next 24hrs.

Heavy rainfall is expected over plains of Jammu and Kashmir especially South Kashmir along with heavy snowfall is expected over higher reaches, a sharp drop in temperature could trigger a transform to snowfall in plains of Kashmir otherwise rainfall will dominate during next 24hours.

Improvement in weather is mostly likely from tomorrow afternoon onwards.
