DC Kupwara,Shrikant Balasaheb Suse chairs introductory meeting with District Officers

Enjoins upon officers to be accessible to people in resolving their grievances, issues

Kupwara, Aug 8 (GNS): After assuming the charge as Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse today chaired an introductory meeting with all district and tehsil level officers here at Main Meeting Hall of D.C Office Complex Kupwara.

ADDC Kupwara, Mufti Fareed ud din; ADC Kupwara, Gulzar Ahmad; ACR, ACD, SDM Lolab, CEO, CMO, besides, other district and tehsil level officers were present in the meeting.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner shared his working experience during the previous postings with the officers and reaffirmed his commitment for being accessible to the people and officials all the time. He expected for due cooperation and coordination of all the officers to ensure smooth public service delivery.

To boost the developmental tempo and departmental efforts, the DC said that he will be taking department wise meetings in coming days to review the functioning of all sectors in the district. To ensure grassroot development across the district especially in hard to reach and far flung areas, the DC said that he will be having more field visits to all the areas of the district especially remote and border areas to know the issues of the people.

The Deputy Commissioner enjoined upon all the officers and field functionaries to be accessible and available to the people in the ground in resolving their grievances and issues so that they do not face any inconvenience.

Regarding ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign and upcoming Independence Day celebrations, the DC impressed upon the officers to boost their efforts by active participation and timely preparations for smooth and vibrant conduct of the National Event.

Meanwhile, all the officers gave their introduction and briefed the Deputy Commissioner about latest developments of their respective departments.(GNS)
