Pattan, 12 June : A 45-year-old man dies of electric shock after came in contact with live wire in Sultanpora Pattan area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on thursday morning.
An official told Kashmir Bulletin that a 45-year-old, identified as Fayaz Ah Wani S/O Gh Rasool wani, resident pf Sultanpora Pattan got electrocuted while repairing a faulty line at his home on Thursday morning.
He was immediately rushed to nearby hospital for treatment, where he was declared dead on arrival, he said.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident and started further investigation in this regard. (KB)
