Major Reshuffle Effected in Revenue Department
Srinagar, Sep 29 (GNS): Jammu and Kashmir administration led by Lieutenant Governor has Wednesday ordered transfers and postings in Revenue Department across Jammu and Kashmir.
A Government Order No. 65-3K (Rev) of 2021, of which a copy is in possession of GNS, reads that in the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered, with immediate effect; Gandeep Kumar, Tehsildar R.S. Pura, Jammu is transferred and posted as Tehsildar Warwan, District Kishtwar vice Akshay Rajan; Akshay Rajan, Jr. JKAS, Tehsildar Warwan, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar Narheen, District Kathua vice Gulshan Kumar; Mr. Gulshan Kumar, Tehsildar, Marheen, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar Chiralla, District Doda against a vacant post; Subuh Ahmad Shad, Jr. JKAS, Tehsildar Kahara, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar R.S. All the transferees are deemed to have been relieved forthwith and are directed to report to their new place of posting forthwith. Considering the requirement of field staff, in view of Covid-19 Pandemic, the transferees shall join without availing any joining time, the order further reads. (GNS)
