Breaking News: Three Accused Arrested for Stabbing Two Youths at Exhibition Ground
Srinagar 23rd June (Shaharbeen Times): In a significant development, the authorities have apprehended three individuals in connection with a violent incident at the Exhibition Ground. The accuseds, identified as Hammad Khan (Son of Late Javid Ahmed), Baazil Khan (Son of Late Javid Ahmed), and Majid Khan (Son of Late Mohd Afzal Khan), all residents of Sariabala, were taken into custody after allegedly stabbing two youths.
The incident resulted in injuries to the victims, but they are currently receiving medical attention. The authorities recovered three knives believed to have been used in the offense.
The case has been filed under FIR No. 40/2023 under sections 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint) and 307 (Attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code at Shergari Police Station.
Further investigations are underway to determine the motive behind the attack and to ensure justice is served to the victims and their families.
