Amid spate of attacks on civilians, top security officials to meet in Raj Bhavan

Srinagar, Oct 24: Amid a spate of attacks on civilians, especially migrant workers in Kashmir, a high-level meeting in the Raj Bhavan is going to take place today, reports said.Reports said that the meeting would be attended by top security officials including, Northern Army Commander, J&K DGP, Corps Commanders and officers from several other intelligence agencies.On Oct 18, a non-local labourer was shot dead in south Kashmir’s Shopian.Then, on Oct 20, Seven people including six non-local labourers and a doctor from Kashmir were killed after militants attacked camp housing workers of an infra company constructing strategic tunnel in Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
