Sanatnagar Department Store Faces Charges for Selling Adulterated Baby Milk

In a shocking revelation, the 7/11 department store in Sanatnagar has come under scrutiny as a case has been registered against them for allegedly selling substandard and adulterated milk meant for babies. The distressing incident has led to a deterioration in the health of an innocent baby.

The First Information Report (FIR) numbered 48/23 has been lodged at Sadar Police Station, invoking multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 273 (sale of noxious food or drink), 274 (adulteration of drugs), 275 (sale of adulterated drugs), 276 (sale of noxious food or drink as a different article) and 420 (cheating and dishonesty).

The authorities have wasted no time in launching an investigation into the matter, aiming to bring those responsible for this reprehensible act to justice. The health and safety of consumers, especially vulnerable infants, is of utmost importance, and stringent actions are expected to be taken against the offenders.
