Srinagar, Aug 02: The Department of Youth Services And Sports J&K, in collaboration with District Administration Srinagar, organised a significant cycle rally and a short marathon on Friday from SKICC to the famous Nishat garden in Srinagar. The primary objective of this event was to raise awareness about the importance of cleanliness and to install a sense of responsibility towards maintaining a clean environment among the citizens and society.The flag-off ceremony was graced by Chief Planning Officer (CPO) Srinagar Fayaz Ahmed in the presence of District YouthServices and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Srinagar Ghulam Hassan Lone, Zonal Physical Education Officers, and other senior officials of the Department YSS. Over two hundred students representing all sports zones of the District Srinagar enthusiastically participated in the cycle rally and walkathon.
