
Srinagar, August 12: In a heartwarming display of national pride, CRPF Battalion 61 took to the banks of Dal Lake with the Indian tricolor in hand, continuing the fervor sparked by the recent massive ‘Tiranga Rally’ in Srinagar.
The vibrant display of the national flag by the CRPF jawans not only added to the beauty of the lakeside but also symbolized their unwavering dedication and love for the country. The march was a striking reminder of the unity and strength that the tricolor represents, especially as the nation gears up to celebrate its Independence Day.
Earlier n Monday a huge rally was led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, saw an overwhelming turnout of around 10,000 participants, all united in their love for the nation. Today, the sight of CRPF jawans marching along the scenic Dal Lake with the Tiranga further amplified the patriotic spirit in the city.
Monday’s rally and today’s march have both set a powerful tone for the upcoming celebrations, with the entire valley resonating with the colors of the Indian flag. The presence of the CRPF, leading with such enthusiasm and commitment, has undoubtedly heightened the sense of patriotism in Srinagar, making this Independence Day truly special.
