Srinagar, June 07 (KS) Kashmir’s grand mufti Nasir-ul-Islam Friday said that it sighted crescent or new moon and Eid al Adha shall be celebrated on June-17.

As per the news agency Kashmir Scroll said Nasir Ul Islam has announced that the Crescent for the month of Dhul Hijjah 1445 was seen today subsequently the month of Dhul Hijjah 1445 will begin from June-08-2024 .

β€œEid will be celebrated on 17th of June 2024,” he said. (KS)
