My friend had ordered Cat Walk shoes from https://www.myntra.com/ and paid by COD and received a tampered package and a cheap used product!! Quickly make return request on myntra app. After multiple calls and requests they said that they wouldn’t do anything to help us and that our request for help has been declined since they send product after quality check”!!

If you frequently shop online then you must note that there is a new trick the e-commerce websites are trying out – it happens after the delivery of your product – in case you receive a damaged or fake product the customer care will initially frustrate you with their prepared replies and finally say that this is not their concern, leaving poor citizens consumers bewildered and frustrated and making them give up after a point of time.
