Moderate to heavy rain coupled with strong winds lashed the central areas of Srinagar on Tuesday Morning under the season’s first monsoon spell, bringing citizens some respite from the sweltering heat.
According to Weather Kashmir report, mostly dry weather is expected in Kashmir region during the next 48 hrs. However, a very short shower is possible at one or two places.

Between Tuesday and Thursday, rain showers can occur at many places, with maximum possibility on Wednesday and Thursday.
Jammu Region: Rain showers, of varying intensity, can occur at most places in Jammu region during the next 5 days (especially between Tuesday and Thursday) under the influence of strong easterly/south-easterly winds.
