In a chilling turn of events, an extreme cold wave has descended upon South Kashmir, parts of the Jammu region, and Sonamarg, shattering previous records for minimum temperatures. Larnoo in Kokernag emerged as the coldest pocket, registering a bone-chilling -17.7°C, while Sonamarg followed closely at -15.1°C.
