In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered transfers and postings of several IAS and JKAS officers with immediate effect while Anshul Garg has been posted as Divisional Commissioner Kashmir.
Mr. Naveen S L (IAS), serving as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, with additional charge of Commissioner, Civil Aviation, relieving Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary of the additional charge.
Ms. Avny Lavasa (IAS), who was awaiting posting in the General Administration Department, has been appointed as Secretary, Transport Department. Mr. Anshul Garg (IAS), CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Mr. Vikas Kundal (IAS), Deputy Commissioner Poonch, has been appointed as Chairman, J&K Services Selection Board, while Mr. Gurpal Singh (IAS), Director, Social Welfare Jammu, has been posted as Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited.
Mr. Sachin Kumar Vaishya (IAS), Deputy Commissioner Jammu, will now serve as CEO, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, and Mr. Anil Banka (IAS) has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance Department.
Further, Mr. Shrikant Balasaheb Suse (IAS), MD JPDCL, has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, and Dr. Rakesh Minhas (IAS), Deputy Commissioner Kathua, will now serve as Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
Ms. Ayushi Sudan (IAS), Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Samba, while Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Qadri (JKAS), Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, has been transferred and will await further posting orders in GAD.
Additionally, Ms. Indu Kanwal (JKAS), Chairperson J&K Services Selection Board, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma (JKAS) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Poonch, and Mr. Rajesh Sharma (JKAS), Deputy Commissioner Samba, will now serve as Deputy Commissioner Kathua.
