Delhi’s educational institutions faced a major security concern on Monday as two well-known schools, DPS RK Puram and GD Goenka School in Paschim Vihar, received bomb threats via email. Following the threats, the administrations immediately sent students home as a precautionary measure.
According to a statement by Delhi Police, “Both schools received bomb threat emails this morning. The fire department and police were informed promptly and are handling the situation.”
The incident raises critical questions about the safety and security measures in educational institutions, urging authorities to enhance vigilance to prevent such threats in the future.
