J-K Bank customers face inconvenience after System Failure ‘Slow system’ from this morning

(JKNNN) 10/10/2022: Jammu and Kashmir Bank customers are facing problems in different branches due to system failure services on Thursday leaving customers fuming.
Customers informed that they are not able to deposit cash,cheque And other services on time due to system slow or system failure .
While taking to a bank Customer Ahsaan Said that
“I was here to withdraw the cash, but the employees informed that system is not working now this is daily problem of J&K now I decided to open Account in Any other bank Not in J&K bank .
I tried to withdraw the cash from my account but unfortunately bank employee Said System is out of order,” said Ahsaan Ahamd .
Recently on an important occasion, something similar happened with the JKBank. The bank faced an outage of their mobile payment banking application.
The bank more often prides itself on offering internet-based services to customers through advertisements but unfortunately, they are marred by outages.
