Srinagar, Oct 30: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Thursday forecast brief spell of rain and snowfall over higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir during November 4-5.An official stated that the dry weather conditions in Jammu and Kashmir will continue till November 3.He said that the weather conditions will likely remain cloudy with possibility of brief spell of light rain and snowfall over higher reaches in scattered places of Kashmir division and isolated places of Jammu division during November 4 (evening/night) to November 5 (morning). He advised significant fall in day and night temperatures from November 5 onwards at many places across Jammu and Kashmir.The official said that weather conditions will likely remain dry during November 6 to 10, and advised farmers to continue all farm activities
