Lady Injured After Fire Erupts From A Room In Hazratbal

Srinagar, April 28: A lady was severely injured after fire erupted from a room in Hazratbal area of Srinagar district on Monday.

Officials told GNS that fire erupted from a room of a three storeyed building in Hazratbal today.

Soon fire services from Hazratbal station reached to the spot and managed to control it from spreading to the other parts of the building.

However before the fire could be controlled, one room was completely gutted and one lady namely Sumaiya(40) wife of Mohd Ashraf bhat resident of Hazratbal was severely injured. She was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
