Teenage Boy Falls into Flood Channel in Srinagar Locality; Rescue Op Underway

Srinagar, May 25 (GNS): An 18-year-old boy fell into a flood channel in Tengpora area in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district this evening, official sources said.
They told GNS that one Maqsood Ahmad, a resident of Kangan Ganderbal slipped into the flood channel at Tengpora, behind ‘Bund’.
“Soon after the news spread, a police team reached the spot, and joined by locals started a rescue operation”, they said.
