Weather Update for J&K n Ladakh (16.6.21):
Monsoon Rain is Affecting LADAKH today
LADAKH : Today, weather will remain overcast in whole LEH district and overcast to generally cloudy in Kargil district. Intermittent light to Moderate Rain /Shower will occur at many places of LEH district and at a few places of Zanskar region. This is Monsoon shower. We expect decrease in rainfall from this evening /tonight . There’s NO forecast of any Heavy Shower. However there can be a brief spell of Heavy Shower at isolated places especially on hilly area.
J&K Today, weather likely to remain partly to generally cloudy with chances of brief spell of Rain /Thunderstorm towards afternoon /evening. .
*ADVISORY FOR LADAKH ⚠ :*This Shower may led to temporary disruption of LEH -Manali, Khardong LA, Changla etc. today. Commuters on above routes should consult concerned Traffic department on the status of major roads.
