Delhi: Man kills wife after filing missing report; arrested
A man killed his 35-year-old wife after reporting a false missing report of the woman. The accused stated that his wife had gone missing since June 13 and did not return back.
A man killed his 35-year-old wife after reporting a false missing report of the woman. The accused stated that his wife had gone missing since June 13 and did not return back.
During the course of the investigation, the husband was interrogated and the cops found him suspicious and started investigating the matter more diligently.
After several rounds of interrogation, the husband confessed that he killed his wife as he was fed up by her bad habits.
He further stated that when he came to know that his in-laws had lodged a police complaint against him in Bulandshahar after the woman went missing, the husband, to avoid suspicion, lodged a missing report of his wife.
The man has been arrested by the police.
