A court in Kerala has sentenced a 40-year-old man to three life terms for repeatedly sexually assaulting his six-year-old daughter in July last year. The punishments have to be undergone concurrently. The court observed that the man was a stain on the trust associated with fatherhood. The court has also imposed a fine of ₹90,000 on the father.
